Once complete, I'll print your artwork at high-resolution onto either textured watercolor paper (for prints 13x19 or smaller) or glossy photo paper (for any size and all prints larger than 13x19). I use archival inks that are the absolute highest quality and when paired with our custom paper you have a piece of art that will last for a lifetime.

Each print comes with a complementary digital print version (.png) and email size image (.jpg) should anything happen to the original, you'll always have a backup. We also keep files indefinitely so if you ever need a copy of your order just let us know.

Available in 5x7, 8x10, 8.5x11, 11x14, 11x17, 12x16, 16x20, 18x24, and 24x36.

Digital will be sent as a Google Drive link with three PDFs (11x14, 8x10, and 5x7), a PNG, a JPG, and a small emailable JPG. The PNG is what you’ll want to upload to most photo printing sites. The PDF is what you’ll want to use to print at home.

5x7, 8x10, 8.5x11, 9x12, 11x14, 11x17, 12x16, 13x19 will be printed on heavy textured watercolor paper - you can request to print on high gloss archival photo paper.

16x20, 18x24, and 24x36 will be printed on high gloss archival photo paper. Textured watercolor paper is not available for these sizes.

The best outcome comes from high resolution photos, however I can work with any photo you have of your ultrasound.

- All prints are unframed. Frames in photos are for illustrative purposes only.
- The photo you submit will determine the final quality that I am able to produce.
- Colors will vary from phone to tablet to computer monitor to print. Keep in mind that when printing on watercolor paper the ink is less saturated, if you want a very saturated print please choose glossy paper.

Standard production time is 5-7 days. This does NOT include shipping time. You can choose the 3 day or 1 day option, which means we will process your order within 3 business days or 1 business day. Again, this does NOT include shipping time. If you'd like rush shipping please contact us and we will create a custom order for you as rush shipping costs are dependent on size.

Note that Canvases are marked as 3 days before you receive the proof, but an additional day is needed for printing and mounting it.

This is digitally painted and is not hand painted but is painted stroke by stroke as you can see by my close ups. I created special software (I'm also a computer programmer) that meticulously paints your photo layer by layer and brushstroke by brushstroke based off of my own painting skills. Then I work with the portrait foundation and use my custom watercolor methods to blend several versions I create using those methods until I finally create your unique art work. Each piece is a unique, one of a kind, creation.

I will send a proof before printing and mailing, however it will have a time limit on it, and if I don't hear back about any modifications before that time frame is up I will mail as the proof shows. This ensures that your order is processed on time.

*** LOWEST SHIPPING COST / SHIPPING REFUNDS ***

We have the lowest shipping costs you'll find, we charge exact shipping.

Canada and foreign shipping is often calculated much higher but we will refund overages for ALL shipping (US and international) if it's $1 or more over what I paid. So if you pay $25 in shipping and it costs me $8 to mail it, I refund $17. Conversely, if shipping is more than we list we will invoice you for the additional shipping costs.

If we forget to credit your shipping don't hesitate to remind us.

*** INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS ***

We are NOT responsible for a package once it leaves the US. If we provide you with tracking and if the item is stuck in customs we will not ship out a replacement as we cannot guarantee it won't also get stuck in customs. If your package is in customs please contact your local shipping authority and check on the status with them before contacting us. We will ask you for your case number so we can follow up on the item as well. Note that only one case can be opened per item. If we purchased insurance on the package we will open the case as we are the recipient of the insurance money (in order to allow us to replace your package).

You are 100% responsible for all customs, import, and duty fees. We are not responsible for any fees. If you do not pay the fees and your package is force returned to us we will only refund your purchase minus shipping once we receive the package.

*** INSURANCE ***

Our first class packages are NOT mailed with insurance as that would be very cost prohibitive. If you want insurance on your package it will ship priority and we will do that and will invoice you for the additional shipping and insurance. Cost is generally $7-20 for domestic US parcels and $25-48 for international parcels. You MUST contact us first to arrange for insured packages.

Note that we may insure certain packages based on value at our own cost (generally any package over $50).

*** REFUNDS / RETURNS ***

As we now heat seal pack all of our products we can accept returns on products still in their original packaging. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Once we receive the items and can confirm their status we will credit you for your purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee. Shipping will not be refunded.

If the item has been removed from our packaging we cannot accept the return.

It is very important to note that bracelets are made based on the size you choose. You must measure before submitting your order, we make what you tell us to. A $1 bill is 6" if you don't have a ruler handy.

Wood products are prone to cracking if they are not properly conditioned weekly and every time you wash them.

If you are in the EU you agree to abide by our refund and return policy due to the nature of our products.

HOLE AND CORD SPECIFICATIONS AND ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

All of our beads (except for a few of our 9 mm) have a 2.5 mm hole and work best with 2 mm cord. In order to fit the cord through properly hold a lighter flame to the end of the cut cord for about 1 second then roll it between your fingers to seal it and make it "hard" and no longer able to fray. This melts the fibers together. Then you can thread the cord through the beads or clasps. Once you are done and have your clasps on and you make a double knot, melt the knot a bit and roll it to firm it into a solid ball. That will prevent it from coming apart.

WOOD CONDITIONING AND T-BALM

We condition our wood with a mix of organic oil (jojoba, white mineral, or coconut) and beeswax that we call T-Balm. Our T-Balm has no gluten, casein, corn, soy, sugar, vinegar, GMO products, yeast, parabens, latex, preservatives, petroleum, coloring, or perfumes. It's just pure oil and beeswax. The beeswax has been boiled long enough to kill botulism -- however, it is still always a risk as are any items with beeswax or honey products.

If you are unsure, just ask for a non-conditioned ring and we'll send it bare then you can use plain coconut oil, olive oil, or jojoba oil to season it.

Our conditioner is completely safe to use as a lip balm, diaper balm, wood conditioner, skin conditioner, and more.

We do not condition our beads but you should.

CONDITIONING IS CRUCIAL TO AVOID CRACKED WOOD!!!

The air will pull moisture from anywhere, that includes all the wood in your house -- and your teethers and wood beads. They WILL crack if they are not conditioned regularly. You cannot condition them too much. It helps seal in their moisture -- it's the same principle as putting on lotion after a shower, it seals in the moisture.

You MUST condition the wood before you give it to your child because conditioning the wood protects it from fluids and basically waterproofs it. It also makes them easy to wash without ruining the wood (you must condition after washing).

You'll want to condition your wood every week or any time you wash the wood. We recommend a small lint free cloth (those ones that are for cleaning glasses are perfect) or a flat edged paint brush. Or you can use your fingers. Just rub it in and let it sit for a bit then rub some more in and then buff that with a lint free cloth.

You can buy the T-Balm (available in 0.4 oz, 1 oz, 2 oz, and 4 oz) in our T Balm listing, which is enough for several weeks or a month depending on how often you condition your wood.

Our T-Balm can also be used on wood products regardless of whom you purchased them from.

SAFETY

Anything that can fit inside a space 1.25" wide and 2.25" long can pose a choking hazard, take necessary precautions to keep all small items away from young children. Please wash your beads upon receipt with food safe soap like castile soap and warm water, let them air dry.

PROCESSING / SHIPPING

We try to process all orders within 2-4 business days. We ship most orders via first class USPS, which takes between 3-5 days to get to domestic addresses or 7-21 days to international addresses. Any orders over 16 oz are shipped USPS priority. All wood products are shipped in boxes to prevent breakage. We insure packages at our discretion, but you can always request that we purchase insurance and we will invoice you separately for that. Read more about shipping and returns.
